As per business intelligence provider ABiQ, Ivory Coast’s population will grow by over 20% and cross 31 million from 23.4 million by 2030. A growing population will need more resources and infrastructure, especially in the healthcare sector. The government will have to increase its spending on healthcare infrastructure significantly in the coming years.

Ivory Coast has been working on improving the sector and roll out universal health coverage, but this will require investment and a serious commitment from all parties involved.
